Andrew is a valued member of Retirement Line’s Annuity Guidance team, where he plays a key role in helping customers navigate their retirement income options. It’s the latest chapter in a rich and diverse career that has included time in the motorcycle and hospitality industries, to name just two. The common thread throughout has been his passion for customer-facing roles and his dedication to ensuring people achieve outcomes that truly meet their needs.

Andrew’s interest in the financial aspects of his previous roles naturally drew him to explore opportunities at Retirement Line, a company he already knew. Reflecting on his decision to join us a decade ago, he says: “I quickly realised this was a genuine family business that truly values its customers and employees. Here, we’re more than just numbers – every individual is respected, and the company’s owners and senior managers consistently go above and beyond to support us.”

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys a mix of adventure and tranquillity. While his love for motorcycles remains strong, he’s now more likely to be found hiking along the Pennine Way than racing down the M1. His greatest passion, however, is travel. Having explored much of the world already, he’s eager for more global adventures and is planning the journeys he’ll enjoy when his own retirement arrives.
