Charlie serves as a Non-Executive Director at Retirement Line, a role he took when stepping away from his previous position as Operations Director. During several years in senior roles, Charlie had a reputation for being supportive and approachable, finding great fulfilment in mentoring his staff and watching them thrive. He also took pride in contributing to the company’s growth and success. 

In his current role, Charlie attends board meetings and provides valuable input on various matters, drawing on his extensive understanding of the pensions industry. His expertise plays a crucial part in guiding Retirement Line’s strategic direction and continuing our commitment to excellence in customer service.

Now semi-retired, Charlie enjoys the flexibility this new chapter offers. He treasures time spent with his family and embraces the opportunity to pursue personal passions. A lifelong Chelsea FC supporter, he often travels to Stamford Bridge to cheer on his team. At home, Charlie finds relaxation in walking his West Highland Terrier and tending to his garden.
