Craig serves as the Marketing Director at Retirement Line, bringing a wealth of experience to his role. He started his journey with the company over a decade ago in a customer-facing position on the Annuity Guidance Team. There he gained invaluable insights into annuities and our customers’ circumstances and complex retirement income needs. 

What drives Craig most is his passion for enhancing the customer experience. In his current role, he has been instrumental in creating and refining the tools and resources that empower customers to make informed decisions about their financial future. When leading the development of our online annuity calculator, quotation systems and educational materials, Craig has focused on ensuring that clarity and accessibility remain at the heart of Retirement Line’s annuity service.

Outside of work, Craig values time with his young family and contributes to his community by mentoring local entrepreneurs and small business owners. When it’s time to unwind, he enjoys staying active through sports such as tennis, snooker and snowboarding.
