Danny’s role at Retirement Line is the latest chapter in a financial services career spanning over 20 years. He previously worked for a Fortune 500 company in areas such as operations management and business improvement, often across multiple international locations.

Seeking a better work-life balance, Danny decided a change was needed and joined Retirement Line’s Annuity Guidance Team. His financial background and extensive experience in customer-facing roles have since proven invaluable. On a personal level, he describes the move as “the best thing I ever did”. 

Danny finds his role incredibly rewarding, particularly because of the daily variety it offers. He says: “I am just as happy working with clients who are already quite knowledgeable about annuities as those who are exploring their options for the first time. Everyone is different, and getting to know each person and their circumstances is a really interesting and fun part of the role."

When he's not helping people understand their retirement income options, Danny enjoys spending time with his young family, particularly through travel and holidays together. He also loves to relax by gardening and makes the most of his season ticket at Leicester City FC.
