Faron is a seasoned financial professional with over two decades of expertise in the industry, specialising in providing invaluable guidance and insights into pension options for customers. His 23-year journey in the financial sector has been marked by a steadfast dedication to serving customers with excellence.

While a member of Retirement Line's Guidance Team for several years after joining the company in 2015, Faron became very respected by colleagues and customers alike for his technical knowledge and customer service skills. He especially gained a reputation as a calm and reassuring voice on the end of the phone for people grappling with often confusing information about their retirement income options.

Recognising this, Faron was entrusted with the role of Guidance Team Manager, diligently overseeing the work of 20 or so Annuity Specialists. It’s a role he has fully embraced, tirelessly offering support to his team to enhance their knowledge and ensure the ongoing delivery of superior customer service.

Outside of the office, Faron is both a deeply committed family man and a lifelong Arsenal fan. Embracing a balanced lifestyle, he prioritises physical fitness through gym workouts and regular sessions of indoor tennis.
