Job position: Annuity Specialist

Johnathon plays a vital role in our Annuity Guidance Team, helping customers navigate the complexities of choosing a retirement income solution. He particularly enjoys providing ongoing support, ensuring customers feel comfortable reaching out via phone or email whenever they need assistance. 

He says: “The Retirement Line way is to support people rather than pressure them into a decision. We go at their pace, and we are always here to answer questions or provide further information.”  

Johnathon brings plenty of experience to his role, having previously worked in investment companies, where he qualified for the Investment Management Certificate. He continues to enhance his expertise at Retirement Line by studying for the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning from the Chartered Insurance Institute.

In his personal life, Johnathon is an IT enthusiast who likes to spend some of his spare time coding (computer programming). He also loves going to the cinema, running and cherishing quality time with his young family.
