Jordan Clarke is a dedicated member of Retirement Line’s Annuity Guidance Team, where he provides information and guidance for customers deciding what to do with their pension savings. It’s the latest chapter in a financial services career that previously included time in the private medical insurance sector.

Drawn to Retirement Line after meeting members of the company’s senior management team, Jordan was excited to join a company that shares his passion for customer service. He has since flourished in a role he enjoys, especially relishing the opportunity to understand his customers’ unique circumstances and help them through the important decision of selecting a retirement income option.

Jordan says: “My focus is always on being supportive and approachable, so that my customers feel informed and confident in making the right decision. Like my colleagues in the team, I am able to give customers all the support and time they need. That’s so important when they are making important decisions about their finances.”

Outside of work, Jordan is a family man who loves spending time with his young children. He's also a big football fan and an avid supporter of Leicester City FC. He’s also getting back into martial arts—a former passion he’s rekindling as a way to unwind and keep fit.
