Job position: Senior Annuity Specialist

Josie says that she has “never looked back” since making the switch from a career in banking to her role in our Annuity Guidance Team. Having worked her way up from cashier to branch manager for a major high street bank, Josie sought a new challenge and has since become a vital member of the Retirement Line team. She is known for always being positive and approachable by colleagues and customers alike.

When asked why she chose Retirement Line, Josie says: “I really liked the idea of moving from a big corporation to a family business where the focus is truly on helping people. Many of my customers have come back to me to arrange additional annuities, and others have referred me to their family or friends. It’s very rewarding to build these kinds of relationships.”

When she’s not at work you’re most likely to find Josie following her passion for dance. She teaches a weekly evening class in Ceroc – a form of dance that has elements of many styles including Latin American, Tango and Salsa – and hits the dance floor most weekends.
