Kim’s role at Retirement Line is the latest in over a decade within the financial industry. She previously held a senior role for a company specialising in foreign exchange, where she was honoured as Customer Service Champion of the Year in 2024. That award reflected her compassionate approach to work, always placing the customer at the heart of everything she does.

Kim explains why she embraced the opportunity to join Retirement Line: “I relished the prospect of putting my love for helping people to use here. Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband and two young sons, whether it’s running through puddles in the woods or visiting local skate parks. She is also passionate about maintaining both her physical and mental wellbeing, with cold water swimming and yoga among her favourite activities.
