Mohamed Ratansi is a highly respected member of Retirement Line’s Annuity Administration Team, where he leads a group of around 20 dedicated staff. With over two decades of experience in the pensions industry, including a long career at one of the UK’s largest financial services companies, Mohamed brings extensive expertise and a passion for delivering exceptional service to his role.

His journey with Retirement Line began after meeting members of the management team and being inspired by their dedication to "good old-fashioned service". This philosophy aligned perfectly with Mohamed’s own commitment to ensuring every customer receives the highest level of support. He particularly believes in going the extra mile for those with special circumstances or vulnerabilities.

Mohamed takes immense pride in his work and values Retirement Line’s supportive and inclusive culture. He appreciates being part of a workplace where everyone feels like family, and teamwork is central to success. He also relishes working in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.

Outside of the office, Mohamed once channelled his competitive spirit into football, but nowadays his passion is badminton. He loves this fast-paced sport, playing at local clubs three times a week and also competing in leagues and tournaments. His passion for badminton reflects his love of a challenge and his drive to stay active.
