As well as his pensions knowledge, he draws on significant previous experience in financial services, including customer-facing roles where he gained professional qualifications in mortgages and insurance.

It was a passion for one-to-one customer support that inspired Oliver’s move to Retirement Line. He particularly enjoys simplifying the more complex aspects of retirement income, ensuring his customers feel informed and empowered to make decisions that are right for them. His approachable nature and ability to explain intricate matters in plain terms make him a trusted guide for those planning their financial future.

Oliver appreciates Retirement Line’s collaborative culture, where team members share knowledge and expertise to deliver the best outcomes for their customers. He also values the company’s friendly and supportive working environment.

Outside of work, Oliver is an adventure enthusiast with a passion for skydiving. Having completed over 300 jumps across the UK, Europe and the USA, he describes the experience as both relaxing and meditative. His highest jump, from an impressive 17,000 feet in Spain, is just one highlight of his skydiving experience. Other adventurous pursuits he enjoys include snowboarding and wakeboarding – also ways he finds new challenges and new friends around the world.
