Rick is a highly respected member of Retirement Line’s Annuity Guidance team, where he makes full use of experience from a career in customer-facing roles. Previously working in the automotive sector, he made the transition to financial services and has never looked back.

A natural communicator, Rick takes pride in guiding clients through their retirement income options. “Many people have done some research before speaking with us, but there are often options they aren’t aware of, such as fixed-term annuities and death benefits,” he explains. “It’s always rewarding to provide clarity and help our customers make informed decisions about their future.”

Outside of work, Rick is a devoted family man and keen sports enthusiast. A former Sunday league footballer, he recently discovered a passion for basketball while watching his son play. Now a regular on the court, he enjoys the fast pace and competitive nature of basketball, and the highly social nature of the sport.
