Satisfaction survey privacy notice

Thank you for taking an interest in our satisfaction survey.

We are always looking for ways to improve our service. That’s why we ask a number of our enquirers to give us their opinion about their experience of Retirement Line. We regularly produce a report for our internal use that shows the average score (from 1 to 10) that our service receives, and that lists text-based answers to follow up questions about our service.

In addition, we are also able to match each survey response with an individual enquirer. This enables us to carry out a more thorough analysis of the responses than if it was a purely anonymous survey. It also enables us to occasionally follow up with enquirers about their specific feedback, if we feel that it is in their interest to do so.

We respect your privacy and will never sell or share your data with third parties.

We use a trusted survey platform (SurveyMonkey) to conduct the survey. SurveyMonkey has its own privacy policy, which you can read here.

By completing the satisfaction survey, you agree that we will process your data in line with our privacy policy.
