We are always looking for ways to improve our service. That’s why we ask a number of our enquirers to give us their opinion about their experience of Retirement Line. We regularly produce a report for our internal use that shows the average score (from 1 to 10) that our service receives, and that lists text-based answers to follow up questions about our service.
In addition, we are also able to match each survey response with an individual enquirer. This enables us to carry out a more thorough analysis of the responses than if it was a purely anonymous survey. It also enables us to occasionally follow up with enquirers about their specific feedback, if we feel that it is in their interest to do so.
