We are a family-owned business based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, employing around 70 people. We have always specialised in annuities and have assisted circa 25,000 people in arranging their retirement income.

You won’t find a soulless call centre where you speak to a different person each time. Instead, you will be supported by your own dedicated Annuity Specialist, reachable via their unique direct dial phone number.
They will support you with the guidance and information you need to choose the right annuity, provide you with annuity quotes from the UK’s leading providers, and complete all the documentation on your behalf.
Once the process to set up your annuity is completed, you are allocated a Customer Relationship Consultant. They will liaise with your pension scheme to arrange the transfer of your funds to your chosen annuity provider. They will keep you informed every step of the way, with regular telephone or email contact.

Authorised and regulated for your protection
Retirement Line is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). You can access our record by visiting the Financial Services Register and entering our registered number 726601.
We fully support the FCA’s concern that the best interests of the UK’s ageing population are protected by firms such as ours. Importantly, we do not have any access to your pension savings. Instead, we arrange for your savings to be transferred from your pension provider to the annuity provider you choose.
Further protection comes from the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). This is an agency for arbitrating on unresolved complaints between regulated firms and their clients. Full details of the FOS can be found on its website at financial-ombudsman.org.uk.
